Hello and welcome to my personal website...

M.Sc.Eng in industrial engineering, specialised in control theory. I completed both my bachelor's and master's degree at the School of Engineering of Barcelona, ETSEIB, Polytechnic University of Catalonia, UPC.

I'm passionate about research and the development of new technologies and solutions to complex problems. So far, I have had the opportunity to work in this field on a variety of projects at several companies, including:

  • As a collaborator and research assistant at the robotics division research group of the Institute of Industrial and Control Engineering, where I developed software for robots using the ROS framework.
  • As a robotics engineer in the development of a new robotics project involving autonomous navigation and SLAM and ROS at Sivicom Systems, as part of a project for Nissan.
  • As a system integration quality lead for new products at HP.
  • As an innovation engineer at IMC Toys, focusing on the design and development of electronics for new products.
  • As an R&D and project engineer at Systra, where I have worked both on engineering projects and on the development of railway simulation solutions. Additionally, this experience has allowed me to serve as a voting member of the national committee CTN-UNE 203/SC 9X — “Electrical and Electronic Applications for Railways.”.

I've also expanded my knowledge independently via various additional courses and pet projects.

I enjoy good cinema, astronomy, reading science fiction and fantasy, Terry Pratchett being my favourite author, and taking light hikes around the Collserola mountain range. Creative endeavours, however, are what satisfy me the most, which is why I often embark myself on personal projects, including the design of simple computer games.

I hope this page has helped you to know me a little better. Please feel free to check out my profile on Linkedin, contact me and download any files you might be interested in, including my graduate thesis on Dish Stirling technology and my master's thesis on deep reinforcement learning and robotics.
